ATC Autumn Teachers Symposium
IELEV Private High School teachers attended the ATC Autumn Teachers Symposium held at Eyüboğlu Educational Institutions on Saturday, October 14, 2023. At the symposium, our English teacher Gülnur Şahin presented "CLIL Based Critical Thinking Activities in ELT-Visible Thinking Routines for High School Students". This presentation focused on creating visible thinking habits through content-based language instruction, and it shared good examples of how thinking skills can become visible. The discussions also explored how language instruction can be applied more broadly to reflect real-life situations. It was an effective and productive symposium for our teachers. We thank them for their efforts.
